It's bullshit one cannot predict if they will act correctly - it is *certain* robots will make horrible mistakes, it's like trying to use screwdriver to operate kidney! Giving robots reflection ability that would make up for weak imitation of human empathy is no solution - it will impair their decision ability leading to induction loops in heuristic resolution and overcomplicate design of neural webs to add special circuits for killing infinite destructive resonance (the more empathy, the highest probability of these). Come on - robots are not humans, it's damn silly to assign them tasks humans are best at - a viable consensus might be remote operated mindless automata (though, really, what's wrong with live police force?). Think different...
